The HOIST® MotionCage Package 3 MC-7003 is a premium functional training system designed to deliver a complete performance training environment for modern gyms, training studios, and athletic facilities. Combining strength, conditioning, and functional movement stations within a single modular structure, the MotionCage allows trainers to conduct both individual sessions and high-energy group classes with ease.

Built with HOIST’s renowned commercial-grade engineering, the MC-7003 creates a dynamic training space that challenges strength, agility, endurance, and coordination. From climbing and bodyweight exercises to boxing, suspension training, and cable resistance workouts, the MotionCage keeps members engaged with endless training possibilities.

The system includes exciting functional elements such as monkey bars, a rock wall, and a fixed peg board for climbing and grip strength development, while the dip station and jump platform support bodyweight and plyometric training. The JumpSport rebounder station adds low-impact cardio and balance training, while the Fairtex heavy bag with patented 360° mount allows for dynamic boxing and conditioning workouts.

A Renegade Station and Dual Hi-Lo Pulley station further expand training possibilities. The Hi-Lo pulleys come standard with a 4:1 cable ratio, providing smooth resistance and an extended 188” cable travel per column, making it ideal for functional movements and traveling exercises. Each pulley stack is 195 lbs, offering a combined resistance of 390 lbs.

For users seeking greater resistance, the optional Hi-Lo Cable 2:1 Ratio Kit (MC-7028-OPT-01) allows the system to convert from the standard 4:1 ratio to a 2:1 ratio, delivering increased load for heavier strength training.
