AIBI offers a wide range of exercise bike for Singapore homes and clubs. Common types of exercise bike are Upright bike, Recumbent bike, Dual action bike, Spinning bikes, Fan bike and Air bikes. The different types of exercise bike will offer slightly different benefits. Users can choose and try out the different types of bikes to determine which cycling position suit their workout requirements. Some models of exercise bike will come with pre-installed workout programs which will automatically control the resistance, stimulating going uphill.

Upright bikes are the most popular stationary bike. Cycling on the upright bike is similar to cycling on a regular bike with the pedals positioned under the body. It provides a good cardio workout and strengthening the joints, lower body muscles and core muscles. Dual action bike, spinning bikes, Fan bike and Air bikes are under this category.

Dual action bike works like a regular up-right stationary exercise bike. However, there are 2 handles moving back and forth to target upper body muscles. Fan bikes and air bike are dual action exercise bike which uses wind as resistance, meaning that the faster you pedal the heavier the resistance will be. However, fan bikes and air bikes does not have any pre-installed workout programs.

Spinning bikes or spinner bikes have a heavy flywheel and reinforced pedals for standing up, which is very important while using spinning bikes. The textured handlebars maximize user's comfort and prevent the fingers are blistered and sores.

Recumbent bike allows users to sit comfortably in a recline position with back support and on a large seat that is positioned to back of the pedal. Recumbent stationary bicycle is a good option for elderly and users with joint issues, injuries, limited mobility or back pain.
