Maximum Load Capacity
It's important that you know what the maximum load capacity is of your equipment per part. You will find this in the images on the richt. If you subtract your body weight of the maximum load capacity, you will know the amount of weights you can load.
Adjustable in height
The weightlifting bar can be attached at 24 different levels.
The rack also has special hand grips for dip exercises.
The cross fit rack is ideal for exercises with a weightlifting bar, like bench presses, deadlifts, lunges, and squats.
Weight plate storage
The rack is suitable for Olympic and regular weightlifting bars. On the sides, the frame provides space to store different weight plates.
Extra barbell supports
There are two safety bars as a backup during the exercises, and the rack comes with four barbell supports to place on the rack.
