It includes NOHRD SwingBells (2 kg, 4 kg, and 6 kg), stored neatly on interior hooks for quick access. Resistance tube bands in varying tensions are tucked beneath the upholstered lid—ready to attach to the box or pair with the handles for a wide range of full-body movements. Your jump rope and tube handles are securely stored at the end of the box for easy grab-and-go use. For floor work, there’s also a natural cork exercise/yoga mat (180 × 60 × 0.4 cm) stored in a side compartment, giving you a comfortable surface for stretching, core, and recovery.
